  Half the nurses there are incredibly disrespectful and rush you around without concern for your problems, and there's only one competent doctor there (if your lucky enough for him to be in that day you might have a chance of seeing him) and the other doctor prescribed me two conflicting medications (an upper and a downer) which after some further research can be very dangerous and lead to seizures and heart attacks. Luckily I took them far enough apart and only felt extremely light headed/out of it and immediately did research after feeling this way leading me to discover that the two medications have severe conflict with each other, as documented on just about every site that I saw. I called them and they blew me off, saying oh it might be a good idea not to take the second medication, and quickly hung up. I'm glad I was smart enough to research my own medication and had doubt's in their doctors. Had I taken them at the same time like I was told I could, I'm not sure where I would be today. I felt that there was next to no concern for my safety and well being and will be promptly switching to a different doctor.

  $789 for a yearly wellness visit because they refused to bill my insurance company correctly. 5 months and at least 20 calls with the office later, they still don't get that they have to re-bill my insurance company. The nursing staff isn't experience with obese people, I had to get the doctor to take my blood pressure, and an older nurse to take my blood, she struggled and got two vials but really needed three. She didn't realize she needed the third until I was long gone and on my way to work, so I had to turn around and go back. Best of all they actually believe that I will return as if I have no other choice.

  This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I am a cancer survivor, with a single kidney and past heart issues. I was new to the area and needed a new primary doctor. At my visit the receptionist was very kind. After going back to the room to be examined the doctor came in and told me that my previous doctor had no records of me ever being there. I knew this was false. I called my previous doctor right there and proved to her that there was a file. I asked to have a pap done because it had been 2 years. She said we usually do them every 3. Okay fine. I then asked to have my blood work done to make sure that my one kidney was working properly and to check my thyroid. I was told that I should have scheduled my appointment earlier in the day because the blood bank already came for the day. I had a 4pm appointment! The doctor then told me, "Well I refilled your prescription so I guess we will see you in a year. Bye!" She saw 4:30pm and wanted to go home. With my background I have gone to ALOT of doctors and this was by far the most unprofessional, heartless place I have ever been to. I didn't feel cared for and I have already scheduled another appointment with a different hospital because this one did not provide an adequate examination.
