- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My first cataract surgery a few weeks ago, at this center where I had Mary as a nurse, was wonderful. She was patient and kind, along with very concerned about my comfort. But... Today's experience was very different, with a lack of attention and care concerning my comfort level. The prep nurse (not Mary) was mechanical, and procedural, without any personableness. I felt like she was in a hurry, and like I was on an assembly line. A full schedule is no excuse to compromise compassion and kindness. If I'd had Mary I'd have not had a blood pressure that ejavated to 190. I experienced horrible discomfort with the taking my blood pressure with 4different cuffs. Mary was exemplary, while Jean was the opposite!!! Today thy rarely asked if I was comfortable. Dr. Salm is superb and top notch, I wouldn't go to anyone else. But watch out for this clinic, or ask personally for Mary. I'd give 10stars to my surgery on April 6th, both to the clinic and the staffJuly 01, 2017by Joanna Bemowski
