  Dr. Tovar and her staff have been so great for our family. We really appreciate the entire staff and the way they treat our individual situations. Dr. Tovar is so calm and relaxed, and we appreciate that! Our family has had such a wonderful experience with everyone.

  Our family had been going to Tovars office for several years. The staff was amazing and my kids loved going to the dentist. It wasn't until Dr. Veronica Tovar took care of a sick tooth I had and tried to complete a root canal. Instead of stopping with procedure to send me to a specialist she continued, and didn't perform root canal properly and I ended up getting tooth and crown removed by a surgeon. Dr. Tovar wanting to make things right gave me a spacer to fill in tooth gap, until I got an implant which she told me she would cover. While she needed a test subject to get certified in performing bone graft and implants in office, she chose me to be her patient. While this was a class she was taking I was told the procedure being done would be no charge to me. Well... I should have got that in writing, because a day before procedure she was telling me I would have to pay thousands of dollars to be her test patient, which she needed, for her professional certification. Warning to others... Don't just take Dr. Tovar's word ... Have it in writing, OR change dentists like my family did.

  I am not a fan of going to the dentist. From the time I stepped foot in the door till the time I left Dr. Tovar and her staff set me at ease and made me feel like family. The Hygentist Dana was very gentle but thorough when doing my cleaning. Doctor Tovar came in, looked over my pictures and examined my teeth. She as well is very gentle and explained what she was seeing to me in a very clear and understandable way. She made sure that all of my questions were answered before I left. I did have a few cavaties and had to schedule them for filling. When I came back I again was fearful because I do not like needles. Again Dr. Tovar set me at ease. Never before has any dentist administered a shot to me with out me feeling it. She was the first. She again explained everything she was doing and made sure I was completely comfortable. I recommend her and her staff to anyone I meet that is looking for a dentist. You will see others claim to be the best but if you truly want a great dentist then you need to see Dr. Tovar.
