- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an excellent experience for my prescribed physical therapy! My therapist performed an in-depth evaluation of my shoulder and neck issues and developed a custom therapy plan, tailored to my pain levels and sport mechanics, to successfully relieve my disc pain and increase my shoulder stability. Every session was value-added with new exercises, stretches, and progress monitoring. Cody was extremely personable and an absolute blast to work with! He was very knowledgeable, which showed in his ability to detect and adjust exercises to address any discomfort or weakness. He also had a great understanding of sport mechanics and tailored my exercises to support my volleyball and broom ball games.
